  Extrapone® Kiwi contains the juice concentrate of Actinidia chinensis L. prepared in water and propylene glycol. Kiwis used for Extrapone® Kiwi are mainly cultivated in Italy. The ripe fruits are cleaned and comminuted. The juice is obtained by squeezing and filtration and is concentrated by distillation at low temperatures. The concentrated kiwi juice is prepared in a mixture of water, propylene glycol and preservatives, and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Kiwi contains the juice of approx. 620 g fresh fruits.
