Use: Actipone® Sophora Flower (Huai Hua) contains an extract of sophora flowers prepared in butylene glycol and water. Sophora (Sophora japonica L.) used for our Actipone® is mainly cultivated in China. The flowers are harvested, cleaned, dried and if necessary comminuted, aqueously extracted and filtrated. The filtrate is concentrated by distillation and carefully spray-dried. The powder concentrate is prepared in a mixture of water, butylene glycol and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. Actipone® Sophora Flower (Huai Hua) contains a minimum amount of 500 ppm Rutin. 1 kg Actipone® Sophora Flower (Huai Hua) contains the water-soluble ingredients of approx. 0.15 kg dried sophora flowers. Dried Plant Material - Actipone® - Ratio: approx. 0.15 : 1. Actipone® Sophora Flower (Huai Hua) shows anti-irritant, anti-oxidant and glutathione enhancing (anti-aging) properties (in vitro).
